Scale/Feather/etc Appearance: Cryoatic's scales are plated, slightly overlapping each other. They are red and black. Most of his body consists of ebony hide.

Appearance (give at least a 5 sentence paragraph!):

Cry has a frill circling his head, ending where the small spikes on his forehead are. It would remind one of a Dilophasaurus' mane. He has an uneven snout and jaw, and uneven, jagged spikes going dow his back that end where his wings end. He has small, silvery plates running by his legs, the front ones ending at the base of the stem of his wings, and the back ones ending where his knees meet his flanks. He had dark, blood-colored plates going up his chest and belly, ending about a quarter way's down his tail, which is equipped with a diamond shaped blade at the end made for stabbing and piercing flesh. His leathery wings are long and thing, slightly see through. Cry's general body color is ebony black.

He has three silver talons on each paw, and his horns are way farther back then other dragons' horns. They begin where his neck would curve into the beginning of an S shape. They are about three foot long and razor sharp, and several inches thick.

Cry's general body is hide rather then scales.

Cry also has brilliant gold eyes that pierce the darkness of an area. They are the only vibrant part of his body.

Cry is extremely sarcastic and quite cruel and crude when he wants to be. Merciless and chilling, he is a cold and judgmental dragon at first sight. He finds dealing with large amounts of dragons difficult, and public speaking is not his thing.

Cry isn't a hatchling's role model. He will kill. He will torture. He will do the darkest of things for the most selfish of reasons. He is a very selfish dragon, valuing his life over the lives of others. Until you get under his skin. He has endless patience and endless wit, always ready with a sharp comeback or a smart comment.

If you give Cry a chance, you will discover he, beneath the cold layers of ice that cover his heart, is a kind and warm dragon, willing to sacrifice himself or others for a dear friend. Loving is hard for him, and so is trusting, so if you break that bond, you're dead. Cry is humorous and can cheer you up even on the darkest of days. He has his flaws, but when he wants to be, Cry can be the bestest friend anyone could want.

History (At least a 5 sentence paragraph!):

Cry was raised in a den of girls, with his father often out hunting or scouting for dangers. His father never paid attention to him despite the fact he was his only son, and Cry was often tormented by his older sisters. When Cry was just a hatchling, he discovered his love for the Paranormal, and his immediate connection with them led to his obsession with finding out the secrets of the unnatural. Because of this, sadly, he was cast out from his family as the one who sat in the corner and ate last all the time. His parents were concerned that he'd gone mad, and his sisters became frightened of him. As soon as he came of age, his mother chased him from the den, with his father watching coldly, his daughters held to his chest protectively.

Cry flew and flew, eventually finding Ellesmera. When he discovered the ShadowScale Tribe, he didn't hesitate to join up, as the tribe offered him benefits such as limitless supplies and a quiet space for working. This is how he lives his life now, a mysterious, silent member of the tribe that studies the Paranormal.

Strengths:

Strength: Cryoatic is quite strong, able to push things under the weight of 1400 KGS.

Cunning: Cry is very intelligent, able to solve puzzles exceptionally quick, and is able to play mind games with ease on other creatures. He can out wit and out smart other dragons very easily if circumstances allow him to.

Knowledge On The Paranormal: Cry is very knowledgeable about ghosts and spirits. He specialises in them, has done for over twenty years. He can tell you anything, be it why the Ley Lines have so much power to where they go after they die. He is currently trying to solve the many mysteries still left.

Weaknesses:

Speed: Cry isn't the slowest of dragons, but he certainly ain't the quickest. He isn't very fast or agile, only able to go about fifty miles in the air as his top speed. In ground combat, he is slow and clumsy.


Abilities (Magic abilities):

Para-Vision: Cry can see Ley Lines and the trails of ghosts when he switches on his Para-Vision. The world stays the same, just with lines and other shapes criss-crossing the area if there are any signs of Paranormal activity. The weakness to this is when he switches it off, his vision will be blurred for about ten seconds (a post), leaving him open to attack.

Shadow Fire: Cry can breathe a slim stream of black fire that freezes on contact instead of burns. It cannot freeze an entire lake with just a puff or anything, but prolonged contact with it can cause frostbite and frozen limbs and nerves. It can only last for a few seconds, and takes about a minute to recharge and be able to be breathed again.

Cry Of Fear: Cry's most powerful ability, he can release a roar/screech/cry that sends unfamiliar and irrational fear and anxiety into a creature's brain. It causes illusions like fire coming right at them, or a spear being stuck in their chest. When Cry uses this ability, the creature can also see Ley Lines and Paranormal activity, wether they know what it is or not. It only works if Cry shrieks and the air waves that come from his mouth hit the creature head on.The magic works by targeting the place where fear lives in your brain, enhancing paranoia and anxiety. It lasts for about one or two posts.

After Cry uses this, he becomes dizzy and cannot use Cry Of Fear again for about five posts. He gets a bad headache and it lasts for about three posts.


Abilities (Physical abilities):

Cry can go at speeds of up to fifty miles an hour. He can push or at least shift things below 1400 KGS.
